Negative body image and self esteem problems are effecting a growing percentage of us. Coach Kozak wants you to know that YOU ARE ENOUGH. Unfortunately, body self esteem and body image disorders take some work to get rid of, but there are some ways to reverse this thought process and create a positive body image.

If you don’t love yourself or the way you look then the first step is to reverse your thought process. That means no more negative self talk. We’re often our own biggest critic and when you talk down about yourself, then you start to believe it. Instead of saying, “I’m fat,” say “I have fat and I’m working hard to get rid of it.”

Instead of me saying, “I have a big ugly nose and funny looking ears,” I’ll say, “my nose and ears make me unique.” If you’re struggling with your weight, then Learn to be happy with the body you have while pursuing the body you want with everything you have. Love yourself enough to eat healthy and exercise, because you deserve it. You need to know that you are good enough. You’re Strong enough. Pretty enough. You’re enough.
