Healthy Breakfast Recipes Ingredients:
½ cup dry quinoa
½ cup apple juice
½ cup water
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 apple cored and diced

Preparation: In a sauce pan combine the first six ingredients over medium high heat and bring to a rapid boil.

Reduce the heat to a medium low and stir in the apple. Cover the sauce pan with a lid and simmer the quinoa until all of the liquid is absorbed. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve with chopped nuts or yogurt and ENJOY!
