Sometimes (or all the time) we all crave a little something sweet. Here’s a quick healthy dessert recipe for all the chocolate lovers out there. This chocolate avocado mousse recipe is high in healthy fats, made with whole ingredients, and has zero refined sugar.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding Ingredients:
1 large avocado or 2 small
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons milk of choice
ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract

Preparation: Place all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. At this point you can also add more chocolate or honey if desired.
Serve immediately or chilled.
