Pumpkin Smoothie Ingredients:
1 ½ cups milk of your choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
½ frozen banana
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2-3 ice cubes

Preparation: In a blender, add all of the above ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve and garnish with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
