Follow this advanced chest workout in the gym to gain strength. HASfit’s chest exercises and pectoral exercises are great for both men and women. The strength workout requires equipment found in most gyms.

Chest Exercise Instructions: Sets x Repetitions. Complete each set with 30-45 seconds break in between.
One Arm Dumbbell Chest Press 5 x 5 each arm
Chest Dips 4 x 8
Incline Bench Press 5 x 5
Elevated Push Up 4 x 12
Decline Cable Fly 4 x 12
