Legs Workout Instructions: Complete each exercise with 45 seconds rest in between each set.
1 1/4 Squat 5 x 5
Barbell RDL 5 x 5
Kettlebell Lunge + Passthrough 4 x 12
One Leg Box Squat 4 x 8 each leg
Dumbbell Step Ups 4 x 8 each leg
