Biceps Triceps Workout Instructions: Sets x Repetitions. Alternate between A1 and A2 for four sets before moving on to B1 and B2, etc. Complete each set with 30-45 seconds break in between.

A1: Rope Hammer Curl 4 x 12
A2: Rope Triceps Pushdowns 4 x 12
B1: Reverse Bar Cable Curl 4 x 12
B2: Dumbbell Triceps Kickbacks 4 x 12
C1: Dumbbell Concentration Curl 4 x 12 each arm
C2: Incline Dumbbell Triceps Extension 4 x 12
