Total Body Workout Instructions: Sets x Repetitions. Complete each set with 30-45 seconds break in between.
Barbell Squat 5 x 8
Incline Bench Press 5 x 8
Single Arm Dumbbell Row 5 x 8 each arm
Kettlebell Windmill 3 x 12 each side
Dumbbell Hammer Curl 4 x 8
Reverse Triceps Pushdowns 4 x 8
