Lying Leg Twist x 30 seconds
Right Side Plank Elbow to Knee x 20 seconds
Right Side Plank Dips x 20 seconds
Heel Touches x 30 seconds
Left Side Plank Elbow to Knee x 20 seconds
Left Side Plank Dips x 20 seconds
Seated Overhead Twists x 30 seconds
Elbow to Knee Bicycles x 30 seconds
