The 10 minute hurricane high intensity workout will work your entire body in less time than it takes to get to the gym. The hiit training workout only requires a pair of dumbbells. High intensity interval training exercises and interval training workout are great for both men and women.

Complete 3 rounds of each exercise:
Side to Side Pushups x 30 seconds
Split Squat Jumps x 15 seconds per leg
Jump Shrug x 30 seconds
Overhead In and Outs x 30 seconds
Jumping Push Press x 30 seconds
Curl + Run In Place x 30 seconds
Plank Row x 30 seconds
