Here’s a great 2:1 video that includes both low impact cardio exercises and a beginner ab workout. This workout doesn’t require any equipment. If you’d like to add resistance, then you can either use a light pair of dumbbells or a couple of water bottles. It’s a great routine for both men and women.

Complete 4 rounds of each cardio exercise:
High Knee + Front Kick + x 30 seconds
Straight + Straight + Hook + Hook x 30 seconds
Posterior Swing to Overhead x 30 seconds
Opposite Side Raise + Leg Raise x 30 seconds
Standing Twists x 30 seconds
Wall Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds
Side to Side Punches x 30 seconds
Step in Step Out x 30 seconds
1,2 Duck x 30 seconds
Staggered Butt Kicks + One Arm Up x 30 second

Easy Ab Exercises Instructions: Complete 2 rounds of each exercise.
Hip Up w/ 3 sec hold x 30 sec
Lying Knee Raise x 30 sec
Low Plank from knees x 30 sec
V-sit Twists x 30 sec
Reach Crunch x 30 sec
