Modified Jack, Hot Feet, Side to Sides, Knee Chops x 45 seconds
Dumbbell Triceps Extension + Press x 45 seconds
Lateral Squat Shuffle x 45 seconds
Dumbbell Upright Row x 45 seconds
Crunch, Lying Knee Raise, Heel Touches, High Plank from Knees x 45 seconds
