This total body fitness workout will strengthen your muscles from head to toe. The strength training routine is great for both men and women of an intermediate to advanced fitness level. The strength workout only requires a pair of dumbbells.

Part 1 Chest and Tricep Workout Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each exercise
Narrow Push Up x 30 seconds
Dumbbell Fly x 30 seconds
One Arm Wall Push Up x 15 seconds each arm
Lying Dumbbell Elbow Out Ext x 30 seconds
One Arm Chest Press + One Arm Iso-Hold x 15 seconds each

Part 2 Legs Workout Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each exercise
Dumbbell One Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift x 30 seconds each
Dumbbell Lunge + Squat x 30 seconds
One Leg Iso-Hip Up + One Leg Ext x 15 seconds each
Lateral Drop Squat x 30 seconds

Part 3 Back and Bicep Workouts Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each exercise
Supinate Dumbbell Row + Curl x 30 seconds
Renegade Row x 30 seconds
Reverse Dumbbell Curl x 30 seconds
Bent Over Upright Row x 30 seconds
Monkey Concentration Curls x 30 seconds
