This surfing workout will make you stronger on your surf board will improve your balance. The surfing exercises and surf workout will increase your performance.

Perform each exercise at high intensity for the prescribed repetitions to complete one round.

Squat Thrust 5 x 8
DB Paddle 5 x 8 rotations each arm
Split Squat w/ DB Curl to Press 5 x 8 each side
Swiss Ball Push-up 5 x 8
