<p>Biceps Triceps Workout Instructions: Sets x Repetitions. Alternate between A1 and A2 for four sets before moving on to B1 and B2, etc. Complete each set with 30-45 seconds break in between.</p>
<p>A1: Rope Hammer Curl 4 x 12<br />
A2: Rope Triceps Pushdowns 4 x 12<br />
B1: Reverse Bar Cable Curl 4 x 12<br />
B2: Dumbbell Triceps Kickbacks 4 x 12<br />
C1: Dumbbell Concentration Curl 4 x 12 each arm<br />
