<p>Vegan Donut Recipe Ingredients:<br />
1 cup GF all-purpose flour (you can also use spelt or wheat flour)<br />
2/3 cup almond milk<br />
1/3 cup coconut sugar<br />
3 tbsp softened or melted butter or coconut oil<br />
1 ½ tsp baking powder<br />
1 tsp apple cider vinegar</p>
<p>Gluten Free Doughnut Recipe Preperation:<br />
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and coconut sugar) and whisk until combined. Create a whole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients right in (almond milk, butter/oil, ACV) and mix completely to form the batter and no lumps remain. </p>
<p>Add the batter to a greased donut pan or mini muffin pan (for donut holes) and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they pass the tooth pick test. Allow to cool before adding frosting or topping of your choice. </p>
