One night after my daily workout with Coach Kozak, I really worked up an appetite and threw this delicious combination of flavors together!</p>
<p>My mash-up of deliciousness is as follows:</p>
<p>2 cups steamed cauliflower rice<br />
2 tbsp shredded fat free mozzarella mixed into the cauliflower<br />
Chopped cilantro<br />
1/4 cup herdez salsa<br />
1/2 of a small Avocado (diced)<br />
4oz pan fried flax tempeh (cubed)<br />
Took me all but 10 minutes! </p>
