<p>Healthy Oatmeal Recipe Ingredients:<br />
1/3 cup of rolled oats<br />
1/3 cup of milk of your choice<br />
1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt<br />
1 tbsp of stevia or sweetener of choice<br />
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon<br />
1/2 tbsp of chia seeds<br />
1/2 a banana (sliced)</p>

In a bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, and stevia. Then add the milk and Greek yogurt and mix until thoroughly combined. Lastly fold in the sliced banana, cover, and refrigerate overnight. </p>
