½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut<br />
¼ cup egg whites<br />
1/8 cup honey<br />
33g scoop protein powder<br />
3 tbsp coconut flour<br />
½ tsp vanilla<br />
2 tbsp almond milk</p>
<p>Healthy Macaroon Recipe Preparation:<br />
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl combine all of the dry ingredients first and mix until incorporated. Next add the wet ingredients right in the same bowl and mix well until a thick paste like consistency is formed. Take a tablespoon of the mix into the palm of your hand and form a ball with a flat bottom and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 12 &#8211; 15 minutes or until a light golden brown. </p>
