The canned salmon recipe is perfect whether you&#8217;re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just maintain.</p>
<p>Quinoa Salmon Patty Recipe Ingredients:<br />
1 15 oz can of boneless/skinless salmon<br />
½ cup of cooked quinoa<br />
3 scallions (chopped)<br />
2 cloves of garlic<br />
1 egg<br />
1 tbsp almond flour<br />
Zest of one lemon and juice of half<br />
Salt and pepper to taste</p>
<p>Quinoa Salmon Recipes Preperation:<br />
Cook ½ a cup of quinoa in 1 cup of stock or water according to the package. Once done, allow to cool.<br />
In a bowl, combine the salmon, garlic, scallions, lemon zest/juice along with the cooled quinoa and mix until combined. </p>
<p>Add in your binders of almond flour and the beaten egg and continue to mix also adding in any salt and pepper as well. </p>
<p>Form 6-8 patties in the palm of your hands and add to a heated skillet that’s been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Pan fry the patties, about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. </p>
