1 cup orange juice<br />
1 scoop protein powder or ½ to ¾ of a cup of plain Greek yogurt<br />
½ or whole frozen banana<br />
2-3 cubes of ice</p>
<p>In a blender combine all of the ingredients above until blended, about 30 – 45 seconds, and serve immediately for best post workout recovery results.</p>
