Teenage Weight Loss Motivation – Weight Loss for Teens in only 30 Days

Step 1. Workout Programs and Exercise Schedule

The teenage weight loss plan and teenager exercises are made to be fun and simple to use. HASfit employs a variety of techniques to kick your butt into shape including kickboxing, high intensity workouts, and running. We use different teenage workouts so that you never get bored. INSTRUCTIONS: Each week contains 5 workout days and 2 OFF days. You may mix up where you take your OFF days as long as you work out 5 days per week. Every workout routine can be completed in less than 20 minutes. Depending on your level of fitness, you may need to adjust the plan for your needs. Try your best to complete each exercise program in it’s entirety. If any workouts are too easy, then start from the beginning and continue exercising until you are fatigued. Each week progressively gets more difficult, so if you are not able to complete a certain week then repeat that week until you feel comfortable moving forward. EQUIPMENT: This workout program requires no equipment. We do however strongly suggest you purchase a pair of light dumbbells. If you don’t have access to dumbbells, then you can use a couple water bottles instead. Depending on what surface you are exercising on, you might want to have a yoga or ab mat available for comfort. Start each workout with the warm up exercises and end each workout with cool down exercise stretches for flexibility

It depends on how bad your diet is. You will see some results, but if you’re going to do it then you should commit yourself 100% and follow the meal plan too.

Hey couch my parents are diabetics and they are carefull as to what they eat and it affects me because the food they cook is healthy. They don’t use salt, or too much oil and etc. I was just wondering do I still have to follow your food plan or can I just leave it the way it is! If I can leave it the way it is I have a plan that also going to help me even through my what I eat is going to be healthy! And the video that are listed for each day in the calender are a little hit too easy so I usually do the next days video! I mix up the video and I do maby 4 or so videos a day! 2 or 3 in the morning before I go to school and then 2 or 3 after school! Doing one or two video a day is too easy and am also lighting weights after am done the videos for about 5 min or so! Can I mix up my workouts a day and put in my own excersies along with your?

It is a good thing that your parents are already eating healthy, but for best results you should follow the meal plan. The meal plan is diabetic friendly. If this program is too easy for you then you shoulder do the Warrior 90 Program.

Hey Sofia, you have to look at the labels on your food. All food labels will tell you the nutritional facts based on serving size. Example, 8 oz of milk has 8g protein and 12 carbs.

Hey Talha, thanks for coming to me for help. Feeling pain is not only a part of working out, but a part of life. I’ve been exercising for 12 years and I still feel pain every workout. It’s how we deal with this pain in life that determines our future. We can either quit and say it’s too much, or we can push through and finish because we know at the end it will be worth it. It is up to you my friend. Would you rather succumb to the pain and give up? Or fight to the end of the journey and be a stronger person for it. I believe in you. I think you’re a fighter. But it doesn’t matter what I believe. You have to believe it!

    Hi Coach.
I am starting this 30 day weight loss, planning to stick to the diet and the workouts but the first week and the 2nd one feel easy, though however i’ve gone through the “At home” workouts and found the weight loss program.I was wondering i’m young age but i’m too much overweight though I have a lot of stamina and I practise basketball even though i’m overweight.Could I do this program and the other one aswell and hopefully loose more than 10lbs cause i’m like 230 and i’m 14 due to bad food and mostly I wasn’t training enough in the past and quited a few times..
Will this give me any other or better result by doing both?
Cause I am planning to loose weight and I have the confidence I can do it but I want to do it faster and get on my abs workout and the other stuff after getting fit.Reply as soon as possible.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Coach!
Feeling very happy and really getting results from these exercises, however I do find it difficult eating certain food and finding myself around the eating schedule. That is because I live in Macedonia, the food and packages are diffrent I tryed measuring here and there with the food combining and had some trouble.I’ve found some ways but it’s too hard because I really don’t know the grams that i’m eating and the other stuff.I have got some results visible on me I will start taking a picture from each week and will try and show you.
However moving back to my problem. The food,I can eat vegetables, fruits and all kinds of great stuff I love fruit and vegetables and I eat almost anything and aswell i’m not alergic to anything, but my question is can I eat more fruit per day like every 2 hours a fruit and maybe for lunch and dinner the ones reccomended by your eating schedule so I can combine?
I’d like your opinion on this idea of mine cause I can’t get my head around the grams because of the packages and the other stuff.
Reply as soon as possible Coach.
P.S. Lost about 1.5 lbs and i’m only 3 days into this.(I was waiting for my dumbells,+ the reason why I lost so much by surprise to myself aswell is because I train basketball almost every 2nd day, though while I was waiting for the dumbells I was trying to eat by your schedule)

I still can’t believe I made it so far. I notice myself much thinner now and I’m so excited to start the 90 day warrior workout!
If there is any word of advice I can leave to anyone it would be “If me, the laziest guy in the world could make it through this month, ANYONE CAN! ”
You have made exercise fun for me! I just don’t know what to say…Hasfit, you are such an important part of my “new” life in so many levels.
    Two more words: THANK YOU!

Love your plan for teens. I have a very close friend who’s daughter is over weight and we have been talking about making a plan for her. I’m going to share this with her. It’s easy and makes good sense. Thank you for you program. I will get back to you on her progress.

The programs are very similar. If you are a teen, then do this routine. If you’re older, then do the 30 Days to Get in Shape.

Hey Jocelyn, that meal plan looks good. My only critique would be that is a lot of cheese. Try switching up your protein snack choices with a few other foods like nuts.

Hi Coach. So after my first week I lost two pounds. Then on Day 3 of week 2 I weighed myself and I gained almost a pound. Is this normal?

I’m sorry, but you must follow the meal plan in order to be successful. Eating the way you are now is the reason you are gaining weight. You have to make sacrifices in order to change.

Subway is an okay choice, but not everything there is good for you. Try to stick with the 6 inch chicken and veggies.
