Are you looking for a serious challenge? Hero 90 2.0 is built to push your body to its limits and beyond. This program not only requires physical strength, but mental toughness as well.

Hero 90 2.0 includes over 60 unique workout routines including H.I.I.T., weight training, Tabata, calisthenics, martial arts, power yoga, mobility training, and more.

This program is for advanced trainees only. Don't even consider this program if you haven't been exercising consistently for some time already. We'd recommend completing the HASfit Warrior 90 2.0 or Motive programs before moving on to Hero 90 2.0

Hero 90 2.0 will take you out of your comfort zone.

  • - Achieve peak physical performance
  • - Torch fat, gain strength, and chisel lean muscle at the same time
  • - Increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance
  • - Improve balance, stability, flexibility, and mobility

Workout Length and Frequency:

The average individual workout session is between 30-60 minutes in length. While this program is designed to be used 6 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to less or more depending on your schedule and existing workout plan.

Equipment:

This advanced home workout plan requires a pair of dumbbells. The weight you use will be totally dependent on your fitness level, but most will use between 5lbs - 20lbs (2kg - 10kg) per dumbbell.

You may also want an exercise mat for comfort.
