I am a stay at home mom that has been overweight considerabally since my last daughter was born two years ago. I have been trying different fitness videos on the web and have not been satisfied. They were to fast or to fake. Your video popped up one day and i said, what the heck i will give you a chance, what could i lose. Well i love your fitness vidoes and all the different levels of workouts you have. You are down to earth and real. You have encouraged me very much. I have been exercising now for 3 weeks and i am very pleased with my results i am getting with the way i look, feel. I just wanted you to know. Thank you.

I agree with the above post! I am very thankful for all of you at HaSfit. No Hollywood crap here just great workouts. I started using the videos for my abs about a month ago, have had two weeks off and am putting myself through what I consider a mini beginner boot camp using the beginner 30 minute workouts with the abs and oblique videos and I feel great and can clearly see results. THANK YOU. I really wish you guy’s great success.

Start here http://hasfit.com/30-day-fitness-challenge-exercise-program-workout-plan-to-get-in-shape/ and then move on to the Warrior 90 program after. Make sure you follow the diet! 60lbs in four months in pretty ambitious, not impossible though. You are going to have to be very disciplined, but I have faith in you. It will all pay off on your wedding day :)

The weight may come off faster at first, but a reasonable weight loss goal is 2lbs per week.

    Hi,

I had a query regarding the 10 minute weight loss videos (part 1 to 3). Should these be done back to back as in first the past 1 and then 2 and then 3, or are these individual workouts.

    Please confirm

    Thanks

It depends on your fitness level. For many, just doing 1 part per day is perfect while others who are in better shape may need to do more than one.

    Coach,
I am really enjoying your workouts! I found one on YouTube one day, and it led me to your website. Now I’m started on a 90-day challenge, and I love it! (Well, as much as I can love working out…) I only have 10 lbs that I’d like to lose, and until now, I’ve been counting my calories and trying to eat healthy foods, lots of veggies and no processed foods. I’m not limiting my calories a great deal, my maximum has been 1900, but I have been so hungry almost all the time. I’m 5’7″ and weigh 140 lbs. I’m going to start following your diet plan. I’m wondering if people have a problem with hunger on it, and if so, what do you recommend? Also, I noticed that you said green vegetables are 0 carbs, so does that mean you can eat green vegetables whenever you want? Thanks for your website, and all the wonderful help you are providing for all of us!

What’s up Andrea! I’m happy to hear that you’ve been enjoying our workouts. The great thing about the Guide to Losing Fat is that it allows you to eat. It is not based on calorie restriction, just eating clean foods. You can have as many green veggies as you wish because they contain just as much fiber as carbs. You are very welcome and thank you for your support!

hey coach, I started the Warrior 90 Program 6 weeks ago I was 13 stone , i’m currently 12st 2lbs, it took me 3 weeks to drop to this and now i’m finding it hard to drop anymore weight, I am eating right and pushing myself as hard as I can and sticking to the programme, but in the last 3 weeks no weight loss? I can see small changes in my body my belly is slightly smaller and my biceps are very much tighter, along with the Warrior 90 Program I’ve been doing the 10 minute weight lose for belly fat programme 1 to 3 every 2nd day I also cycle 45 minutes each way to work 5 days a week, is there anything i’m doing wrong or could be doing more off? I also have to say thank you as you’ve pushed me not to give up when I’ve wanted to and I found that extra 15% to push through the burn.

Hey Gavyn! Congrats on your results so far! I have a couple thoughts … first, you didn’t mention anything about your diet. For best results make sure you are following the meal plans. It doesn’t matter how hard you train if your diet is bad. Next, the scale isn’t always the best indicator of fat loss. You are probably gaining muscle at the same time as losing fat, so the scale will not indicate a loss in weight. Finally, weight loss doesn’t work linearly. Meaning some weeks you’ll lose a lot and some weeks the scale will not move. Keep working hard, be patient, and you will get the body you desire. Keep up the great work!

hey thanks for the reply, my diet is very good at the moment, I have my 3 meals a day plus 2 small snacks, high protein all the right carbs and a small amount of fat, I cut any junk food and coffee and soda out of my diet both were my biggest vices drinking at least a combined total of a litre and a half a day, I’m a chef and although I know what I should be putting into my body i didn’t eat well at all. the caffine give me the quick fix of energy I needed to beat the slump, so my diet is 100% better and I feel better for it to, anyway I will keep up the hard work and hopefully by the june I will have reached my target shape, size and weight loss, once again thanks for the support and I will let you know if I achived my goal..

Hey coach, thank you so much for giving me this opportunity. I’m 36 and about 245. I started the 30 day with the diet. The workouts I can do other than some of the push up types, I am recovering from scapholunate reconstruction. So during those times I just run in place or something to that nature. Love the workouts and am going to start the hiit Monday morning. My concern is with the diet. I feel like I’m eating to much food, I have never been a big eater just eat like a sumo lol…. My question, is there a way to reach the protein and carb goals each meal and snack while consuming less food? Looking forward to your reply.. I am excited to see my results. Yours truly Kevin

Hey Kevin, thanks for all of your support. You basically told on yourself by admitting that you eat like the sumo wrestler. Obviously, that hasn’t worked for you so far. Trust the system and eat like it says. While it has you eating frequently, the overall calories are in line with what your body requires to lose weight. You can do it!

Thanks for all that you do, Its refreshing to actually find people in the world that truly want to give back and share there knowledge. Keep up the great work and I will do the same… Kevin

I have a comment and a question. I have been unemployed for several months now and basically became a bag of lazy bones. I guess I woke up one day and realized I have gained about 30 pounds, that and finding pictures of myself from about 3 years ago when I was working out and in shape. I realized that was all the motivation I needed and then I came across HAS Fit and I am very pleased and “THANKFUL” that you didn’t take the money and have provided this opportunity for all of us. I am on day #7, an off day of the 30 days to get in shape. I plan on combining this with the Warrior 90. My Question being is – Since I am unemployed and have time on my hands, what is the best set up to go with and how many times a day do you recommend I workout?
    Thanks again Coach Kozak!

Hey Pedro, I’m happy to hear you’ve decided to get your fitness back on track and have chosen HASfit to help you do it. Honestly, just follow the program as it’s given. If you’d like you can add some additional low impact cardio like jogging/biking/swimming but the programs include everything needed. Your biggest advantage should be that you can follow the meal plan without having to worry about your schedule getting in the way.

I’ve lost 23 pounds in almost 3 months doing these workouts and running/walking 2 miles every evening. I am down to 153, why do I feel like I am at a stand still? What else can or do I need to do? I know the less you weigh the more calories you burn, but I feel like I am having to work twice as hard to get these last 17 pounds off.

Hey Christina, congrats on your awesome results so far! You didn’t mention anything about your diet. The first thing I’d recommend is making sure you are following the Guide to Losing Fat meal plan and keeping a food log to make sure you are eating the right quantities. If you’re already following the meal plan strictly, then there are a lot of other factors that influence weight loss so it’s hard to speculate. Weight loss often comes in waves, not linearly. Be patient. Stay consistent. The results will come. Remember it took you more than 3 months to gain it, so it will take more than 3 months to lose it.

I used to be very slim at 105 even after 2 kids, due to PTSD and anxiety I am 5’5″ and 175 lbs. Nothing I do seems to work. In fact, after trying P90X and Insanity I actually gained 25 lbs and not in a lean way. I am in the worst shape of my life and it is an incredibly vicious cycle. I am overly top heavy. My body image makes me want to just give up trying. This morning I woke up and decided to give it one last shot when I went on youtube and found your 10 minute low impact cardio. I made it to the end and I smiled. I have not felt good about myself in years.Thank you for that. You gave me hope.
