Performing standing abdominal workouts on your feet works your abs the way your body actually moves in real life. Here’s a quick 10 minute standing abs workout that will get you off the floor while scorching fat at the same time.

Complete 4 rounds of each ab workout standing up:
High Knee Chop x 30 seconds
Crunch + Straight Leg Raise x 30 seconds
Side to Side Punch Outs x 30 seconds
Side leg raise + Oblique Crunch x 30 seconds
Opposite Elbow to knee twist x 30 seconds
