and he just took over his own facility

we already have a delay so thanks to a
delayed flight i don’t have some time to
kill
out of all the times I’ve flown out of
san francisco airport I’ve never noticed
the yoga room
oh it’s closed 5am to 1130pm I’m so
upset i really want to check out the
yoga room
somebody was going now
here we are the new has fit personal
training pretty science coming in three
weeks
yes sir we’re excited at the official
sign on there the banner will do for now
real nice
this takes me back to the old days my
original Kozak barbell when I have my
own gym just nothing feels better than
having your own desk and your own gym
this man worked hard for people to free
some props to work been working his butt
off out there for this new desk to come
and lots of renovations
alright so it’s been a long couple of
hours have been like strategically
checking out the floor plan measuring
all of the floors
I mean becoming just way too much math I
mean your trainers i love not just bad
at it he didn’t do one equation this guy
is full of it dialed for this guy
doesn’t even know how to use a
calculator he’s just trying to get it
all on paper
hey a little crazy I got my notebook so
we know exactly how many hats we need
another cool thing is we’re going to put
in some field turf which would be really
cool for our athletes do something
different
make has for personal training stand out
but we got the sample the sample
question papers
oh look they’re pushing it that it’s
gonna be easy on the joints
long day so far it’s like 644 in the PM
I got here like 10 a.m. after not
sleeping in red eye and we just been
working all day but good news is we’re
making a lot of great progress got a lot
of good input and feedback from all the
trainers and happy like being a good
leader isn’t telling everybody what
we’re going to do but instead is just
asking everybody a lot of really good
questions and then taking that feedback
and making the decision on which way to
go
I’ll tell you what’s wrong with this
place right now I mean it’s great but
the issue is this is a personal training
studio but in all actuality the place is
built-in set up like a gym you have like
seventy-five percent of the area where
now let’s just set up with machines and
then you have at this small little
section in the back the functional
training area which is like what all the
trainer’s actually use it needs to be
flipped in Swat so now we just have this
little 12-foot area back here they were
actually gonna put fieldturf down here
we’re gonna matter Oh
all of this and then we’re going to kind
of condensed this equipment bring it
together in the gym side we still have a
lot of work to do but we need some fuel
so we’re gonna go to bill millers
barbecue which is like a san antonio
texas favorite
you’re killing me hungry
alright so here’s the issue right now
all of this like functional equipment
all of this stuff out here it’s just
like on the floor and totally
unorganized and we need to find a
solution so that’s kind of what we’re
trying to figure out right now
it’s like ten o’clock they got slept
like three hours in the last 48 hours
we’re done for the night i’m to hang it
up we’re gonna come back at it tomorrow
tomorrow’s gonna be more physically
strenuous today was mental
I don’t know which is worse but we’re
gonna get some work done it’s all gonna
be worth it in the end not going to be
easy but it’s gonna be worth it
