Perform each exercise for 45 seconds:
Faux Jump Rope / Jog in Place
Split Stance Seesaw Row / Neutral
Diagonal Chop w/ Squat / without Squat
High Punch Outs w/ Run in Place / High Punch Outs
Opposite Toe Touches / Knee Touches
Bent Over T Fly
Butt Kick Running / Butt Kick Steps
