It’s chest and triceps day! Let’s work on improving strength and lean muscle in your upper body. You’ll need dumbbells and we do recommend having several weights available, so that you can change the resistance for different movements. You’ll also have an opportunity to use a bench, but it isn’t required. Let’s begin our workout.
