HIIT workouts may be the most efficient routines known to mankind. In one single session of Power HIIT we’re able to burn a high number of calories, boost your metabolism for hours, build strength and lean muscle, and improve heart health.

This 30-day program includes over 20 unique workouts to deliver the results you’ve been searching for.

The 30-Day Power HIIT is designed for intermediate through advanced trainees, so some experience is recommended. If you're completely new to fitness, then you may want to start with our 14 Day Jump Start program or the Foundation Beginner program before beginning this plan.

The definition of functional fitness

  • - Enhance cardiovascular and muscular endurance

Workout Length and Frequency:

The average individual workout session is between 30-50 minutes in length. While this program is designed to be used 4 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to less or more depending on your schedule and existing workout plan.

Equipment:

This exercise plan requires a pair of dumbbells. You’ll also need a bench, box, or chair for some of the workouts. The weight you use will be totally dependent on your fitness level, but most will use between 3lbs - 20lbs (1kg - 10kg) per dumbbell.

You may also want an exercise mat for comfort.
