Ingredients:
1 4 ½ oz can of tuna in water
1 tbsp finely chopped carrots
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 ½ tbsp non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sliced almonds
½ a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Drain the water from the can of tuna and place in a bowl. With a spoon or fork, break up the packed tuna as it tends to hold together once you’ve transferred from the can. In the bowl, add the carrots, onion, Greek yogurt, sliced almonds and the juice from ½ of the lemon. Mix the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste and continue mixing. Once completely mixed, enjoy this fresh tuna salad your way!
