Back to the normal routine, after all, looks like I have a dress I’ll need to fit into in the near future. 🙂 Today, I am bringing you all a review on one of Coach Kozak’s new workout videos that is still yet to be released. It’s a 30 minute video that incorporates cardio, core, and strength. Three 10 minute rounds and there are four sets in each round. As I’ve previously mentioned, during the week I do cardio and fat burning videos but I thought this one sounded like fun since I get a little of all three. I have to tell you, I LOVED it! It was definitely a challenge with some new moves I haven’t gotten in any other of Coach’s videos. I know you will really enjoy the combination and burn you get from this routine. Some of the new moves include a combo push-up with a donkey kick, curtsy lunges, and some killer core moves that are sure to sculpt those abs of yours. I can’t wait until the video is dropped so that you can have just as much fun as I did and lay on the floor for the 10 minutes following just to gather the strength to move. Best. Feeling. Ever. My favorite move….not really.
