Clean Eating with Claudia’s healthy turkey patties recipe is equally delicious and easy to make. The turkey patty recipe is great for any trying to lose weight or who is looking for atkins recipes.

Ingredients:
1lb lean ground turkey
½ cup finely chopped red onion
1-2 tbsp dried basil
1 clove of garlic mined
1 egg white
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp low sodium Tamari sauce

Healthy Dinner Recipes Directions:
In a bowl containing the ground turkey, add all of the ingredients into the bowl and massage the ingredients into the turkey until evenly distributed. Divide the turkey mixture into four equal parts and form into flat round patties in the palm of your hand. On a medium-high heat, spray a grill pan or skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove the patties from the heat and allow the turkey to sit for 5 minutes thus allowing the juices to settle for a more flavorful and juicy turkey patty. Enjoy!
