Complete 4 Rounds of each sports performance exercise in sequential order only breaking when absolutely necessary. Try your best to keep moving.
Lateral Juke x 60 sec
Jumping Pull Up x 15
One Leg Forward and Back Jumps x 30 sec each leg
Ballistic or Jumping Push Ups x 8
1,2,3,4’s x 60 sec
High Plank Kick Throughs x 30 sec
One Leg Lateral Jumps x 30 sec each leg
