Dumbbell Curl + Low Kick x 30 seconds
Squat + Pull x 30 seconds
Dumbbell Bent Over Swings x 30 seconds
Run in Place + Shoulder Raise x 30 seconds
Punch Out x 30 seconds
Opposite Arm Raise + Mule Kick x 30 seconds
