So, I’m feeling much better today and not nearly as sore as yesterday. During the week, I do weight loss and cardio workouts. That’s 3 days a week with 2 days of strength training on the weekends. Today I did the 20 minute Aerobics Workout to Look Good Naked. While I don’t have any light weights available at the moment, I ended up using 2 black bean cans I had in the pantry. I definitely could have used a heavier weight so I had to kick my intensity up to make up for it. I got a great sweat out of it. I was feeling froggy today and so I also did the Ultimate 10 Minute Cardio Workout with 5 lb weights. It’s safe to say after that one I was D-O-N-E for the day. I hope you all worked hard today too, I know you did.

Tuesday’s workout was the 20 Minute Aerobics Workout to Look Good Naked followed by the Ultimate 10 minute Cardio Workout.
