If you’re crunched for time and can only workout 3 days per week, then this is the perfect program for you. HASfit’s Crunch is a well-rounded fitness program offering a mix of strength training and fast-paced HIIT workouts. You’ll get stronger, burn fat, and build lean muscle.

This 90-day program includes over 30 unique workouts to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible.

Crunch is designed for intermediate through advanced trainees, so some experience is recommended. If you're completely new to fitness, then you may want to start with our 14 Day Jump Start program or the Crunch for Beginners program before beginning this plan.

Workout Length and Frequency:

The average individual workout session is between 30-50 minutes in length. While this program is designed to be used 3 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to less or more depending on your schedule and existing workout plan.

Equipment:

This exercise plan requires a pair of dumbbells. You’ll also need a bench, box, or chair for some of the workouts. The weight you use will be totally dependent on your fitness level, but most will use between 3lbs - 20lbs (1kg - 10kg) per dumbbell.

You may also want an exercise mat for comfort.
