One night after my daily workout with Coach Kozak, I really worked up an appetite and threw this delicious combination of flavors together!
My mash-up of deliciousness is as follows:
2 cups steamed cauliflower rice
 2 tbsp shredded fat free mozzarella mixed into the cauliflower
 Chopped cilantro
 1/4 cup herdez salsa
 1/2 of a small Avocado (diced)
 4oz pan fried flax tempeh (cubed)
 Took me all but 10 minutes!
