This delicious pumpkin turkey chili recipe will make it feel like fall no matter what time of the year it is. This healthy chili recipe is high in protein and fiber. Your whole family is sure to love this dish.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz red kidney beans
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped yellow bell pepper
½ medium yellow onion (chopped)
1 large minced garlic clove
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup low sodium broth
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
First, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Brown the ground turkey and add in the onion, peppers, and garlic until tender (roughly 10 minutes). Stir in tomatoes, beans, pumpkin and broth.

Season with chili powder, cumin, sea salt, and pepper. Lastly, put on low heat, cover, and let it simmer for 25 minutes. Mix in fresh cilantro and serve.
