This beginner HIIT workout is great for fat loss and building strength. You’ll use dumbbells to work your full body. You may want to use a chair or bench for some of the modifications, but it isn’t required. This is a no repeat routine, so it’s a great video for anyone who gets bored easily. There’s no jumping in this low impact workout. Let’s do this!
