Beginner Difficulty with Low Impact Modifications Provided
Strength training comes with too many benefits to list all of them, but it includes enhancing strength, gaining lean muscle, improving bone density, and losing body fat. This beginner weight training workout only requires dumbbells and we do recommend having several weights available so that you can switch up the weight as needed. you may also want to have a bench, chair, or box available for some of the modifications, but it isn’t required.
