It’s leg day! Use this 20 minute butt and legs workout to build strength and lean muscle in your lower body. The only equipment required is a pair of dumbbells. You’ll also have the option to use a kettlebell for one of the movements, but it isn’t required.

B1: Goblet Drop Squat / No Dumbbell 3×12
B2: Kickstand Deadlift 3×8 each leg
B3: Iso Squat with Side Taps / ΒΌ Squat 3×30 seconds
