This 20 minute HIIT workout + abs will burn calories quick, fast, and in a hurry! HASfit’s high intensity training workouts are great for both men and women. The only equipment needed for this routine is a pair of dumbbells and a mat.

HIIT Workout Instructions: Complete 4 Tabata rounds of 4 sets of 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds rest.

Abs Workout Instructions: Complete 3 Rounds of each ab exercise.
Low Plank Knee Up and In x 30 seconds
Rotational Planks x 30 seconds
Iso Leg Lift + Reach Crunch x 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds
Clams x 30 seconds
Oblique Leg Raises x 30 seconds
