The 15 minute medicine ball madness workout will help you burn fat and gain strength at the same time. HASfit’s medicine ball exercises are great for both men and women. Medicine ball workouts can be done at home or in the gym.

Complete 3 rounds of each exercise:
Medicine Ball Pushups x 15 seconds per arm
Medicine Ball Squat x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball RDL + Ballistic row x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball Crunch x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball Slam x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball Lunge + Triceps Extension x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball Wood chops x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball Punch outs + Fast Feet x 30 seconds
Isometric Leg Raise Hold x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball Toe Touches x 30 seconds
