Here’s a beginner hiit workout that will help you burn fat and gain strength! You can either use a pair of light dumbbells or couple of water bottles. Perform as many reps as possible within the round.
Beginner HIIT Workout for Fat Loss at Home
Complete 2 Rounds of 30 seconds each:
 1,2,3,4
 Push up + Alternating Arm Raise from Knees
 Dumbbell Press + Knee Raise
 Hot Feet Running
 Hip Up Dumbbell Press
 Bent over row
 Side shuffle
 Arm Pullovers
 Dumbbell Curl + Low Kick
 Modified Mountain Climbers
