Dumbbell Crusher Row/ Dumbbell T Row
Hip Up + Chest Press
Stiff Leg / RDL + Shrug
Standing DB Shoulder Press / Seated
Dumbbell Curl
Dumbbell Squat / Chair Squat
Dumbbell Triceps Kickback
Dumbbell Reach Crunches / Reach Crunches
