Here’s a butt-kicking 20 minute HIIT workout for weight loss. Freddie’s hiit training routine only requires a pair of dumbbells and is great for both men and women.
Part 1 – HIIT Intervals
 Complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds each exercise:
 Side to Side Pushups x 30 seconds
 Split Squat Jumps x 15 seconds per leg
 Jump Shrug x 30 seconds
 Overhead In and Outs x 30 seconds
 Jumping Push Press x 30 seconds
 Curl + Run In Place x 30 seconds
 Plank Row x 30 seconds
Part 2 – HIIT Burnout
 Complete 4 rounds of each exercise with 20, 15, 10 and then 5 reps:
 Push Ups
 Jump Squats
 Bent Over Row
 Circle Leg Raises
