Follow Coach Kozak through 7 minutes of posture correction exercises to improve your posture. Perform this routine 2x-4x per week to get rid of any hunchback or forward head posture you may be experiencing. The posture exercises will strengthen your back / posterior while stretching your front / anterior to help you fix your posture.
Posture Exercises
No equipment needed
 T’s with pointed together, then up and back (externally rotate)
 Chest opener
 Y Superman (thumb up)
 Scapula push up from knees
 Cat cow
 Wall angels + Upright external rotation
 Chin tuck from wall (draw chin back, ear over shoulders)
