Baseball Exercises and Softball Exercises Instructions: Complete each exercise with a 30 seconds rest in between each set.
Dumbbell Horizontal Swing 3 x 8 each way
High Pull from the Floor 4 x 8
Scissor Jumps 4 x 12
Stability Ball Push Up 4 x 15
Medicine Ball Posterior Swing + Jump 4 x 12
Band Pull Apart 3 x 15
Lateral Broad Jump 3 x 15
