Rest 30 seconds between each sprint.

Beginner: 5 x 10 yard, 5 x 20 yard
Intermediate: 10 x 10 yard, 5 x 20 yard, 5 x 40 yard
Advanced: 10 x 10 yard, 5 x 20 yard, 5 x 40 yard, 5 x 20 yard, 5 x 10 yard
