Complete 4 rounds of all 4 high intensity exercises: Dumbbell Clean + Front Squat + Push Jerk, Burpee + Mountain Climbers, Dumbbell Snatch from floor, Claw
Round 1: 4 Minutes of 60 seconds each
Round 2: 3 minutes of 45 seconds each
Round 3: 2 minutes of 30 seconds each
Round 4: 1 minute of 15 seconds each
10 minutes total without breaking
